Maggie Bruneau is the Executive Director of Partnerships and Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) for Providence Healthcare and is currently responsible for patient flow, professional practice (nursing), interprofessional practice and admitting. In this role, Maggie links people and organizations together in ways that improve system flow as well as helps patients to transition home safely with the right supports to continue to live in their homes. Maggie started her career as a Registered Nurse, and first joined Providence in 2001as Patient Care Manager for Complex Care and later, Palliative Care.

Maggie holds a Masters in Health Science Administration from the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (HPME), Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto (2007). She is a Certified Healthcare Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders. She has been involved in many committees and work groups including:
